In its ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and efficiency, the Privatization Agency of Kosovo published on its website the list of direct purchase requests for the assets of socially-owned enterprises, which has been prepared by the Direct Sales Division within the PAK.

On August 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) held an extraordinary meeting, during which several decisions were approved related to the review and approval of creditor claims for workers from the funds of Socially Owned Enterprises in liquidation administered by the Agency.

On July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) held its regular meeting, during which a series of key decisions were approved to advance the privatization processes, ensure efficient asset management, and strengthen institutional governance.

Since 1996 until privatization, the Enterprise was unoperational and had no employees.

The Factory in Radusha of Istog has been privatised in 2010 transforming an unoperational wood processing factory into a milk processing factory with a capacity of 36.000 litres of products per hour.

Mill in Fushë Kosova has been privatised in 2007 with a price of 2.5 million Euros.
