SOEs Liquidation Authorities (LA): Radio Television of Prishtina (in liquidation), Kosovo Bauxite Mine Volljak (in liquidation), AC Drenica (in liquidation), Elan (in liquidation) appointed in accordance with Article 12 of the Annex of the Law No. 04/L-034 on Privatisation Agency of Kosovo, taking into account the failure to deliver the respective documents (Request for additional information) to the addresses of applicants in accordance with Article 49 of Annex of the Law no. 04/L-034 on PAK, hereby publishes the following notice:

The Board of Directors approved the list of assets for sale through Liquidation Asset Sale 65. In addition, the Board of Directors approved the withdrawal of SOE “Kosova Film” from PAK administrative authority and competence, and signing of agreement for transfer into the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in accordance with the Kosovo Law on Cinematography. The Board of Directors also approved the lease request submitted by MPB for accommodation of institutions in the ownership of QRK “Mekanizmi-Rilindja” in Prishtina.

Board of Directors approves distribution of 20% funds to five Socially Owned Enterprises.
