The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo held an extraordinary meeting, during which it discussed a number of issues on the agenda and made several decisions regarding the administration, privatization and liquidation of Socially Owned Enterprises.

During this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed the results of the bids received for the properties that were tendered in the Sale of Assets through Liquidation no. 64 and approved some of the transactions of these sales.

The Board reviewed 7 Recommendation reports presented by the Direct Sales Division for the same number of cases (properties), of which 3 reports were approved to be subsequently submitted to other procedures provided by legislation for the finalization of the sale according to the final report, which then is presented to the Board for approval. 2 reports for the same number of requests from the parties were rejected, as they do not meet the criteria set for sale by negotiation, while 2 reports for two cases/requests will be decided by the Board in the next meetings, after it is filled in with clarifying information from the respective Unit.

The Board also discussed about the enterprise "Brezovica", which is under the PAK administration, and in this context appointed Zoran Geric, a respected and long-term employee of this enterprise, as acting managing director, who will exercise this task until the new director is selected through an open and competitive recruitment process.

The Board also discussed other issues within the framework of the actions being undertaken in the PAK to improve as best as possible the administration and management processes of socially owned assets.
