The Privatization Agency Kosovo has won the case in Montenegro and returned 8 assets of KBI Kosova Export - Meat Industry Fushë Kosovo in the name of this enterprise.

At the beginning of this year, the Privatization Agency of Kosovo realized that 8 assets in Montenegro of KBI Kosova Export – Meat Industry Fushë Kosovo were sold by the Agency for the Liquidation of Private Legal Persons of the Republic of Serbia and which were registered in the name of natural persons at the Cadastral Directorate in Podgorica.

PAK has filed complaint against the decision of 24.01.2023 of the Cadastral Directorate in Podgorica regarding the change of ownership in the assets of KBI Kosova Export - Meat Industry Fushë Kosovo, in Montenegro, at the second competent administrative instance, which is: Ministry of Planning, Urbanism and Property of the Republic of Montenegro.

On 29 November 2023, PAK received the decision of the second administrative instance ("Broj: 07-2-1083/2008"), in Podgorica, which approved PAK's complaint, canceling the decision of the Cadastral Directorate in Podgorica, with which these assets were registered in the name of natural persons in Podgorica illegally, after they were sold by the Agency for the Liquidation of Private Legal Persons of the Republic of Serbia.

As a result of PAK's complaint, the Second Administrative Instance in Podgorica has approved the PAK's complaint, in which case 8 assets have been returned in the name of KBI Kosova-Export Meat Industry Fushë Kosovë.
