The Board of Directors of the Privatisation Agency of Kosovo held an extraordinary meeting, where discussed about a number of issues from the agenda and made several decisions regarding administration, privatisation and liquidation of socially-owned enterprises.

During this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the quarterly Report of the PAK that will be submitted to the functional Committee of the Assembly of Kosovo.

The Board then reviewed the request of the Ministry of Health for the approval of the direct lease for the space owned by SOE "Jedinstvo" in the Industrial Zone of Fushë Kosova, which request was then approved.       

The Board has reviewed 15 reports presented by the Division for Direct Sales for as many cases (properties), out of which 5 initial reports were approved for the initiation of the procedure for direct negotiation sales that will be subject to other procedures provided by legislation in order to finalize the sale according to the final report, which will then be presented to the Board for approval. On the other hand 10 reports for the same number of applicants’ claims were rejected, as they do not meet the criteria set for negotiated sales.

The Board also discussed about other issues within the actions being undertaken in the PAK to improve the processes related to the administration and management of socially-owned assets as best as possible.
