The Board of Directors approved the LAS63 Liquidation Asset Sale transactions

The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting, during which it was informed about the latest developments and activities of the PAK by the management. During this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed the monthly management report, the informative report from Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK) and the monthly report for SOE Brezovica.

In this meeting, the Board of Directors approved the transactions of Sale of Assets with Liquidation LAS 63, while it decided that the assets that did not receive bids or that were rejected in LAS 63 should be added to LAS 64, as well as the sale of metal scraps, a property of SOE Urata PRN103, which are located in private property, to be added to LAS 64.

The Board of Directors reviewed and approved the Amendment and Supplement of Regulation on Procurement with Funds in Liquidation, approved the Regulation for reviewing complaints on the 20% lists, and approved the Amendment of Regulation on Direct Sales. As for the liquidation issues, the Board of Directors approved the proposals of the PAK management for the liquidation of SOEs: Automakedonija and Borba. It also approved the interim distribution reports for SOE Produkt and SOE Magjistrala, while the Board was notified on the concluding of the liquidation process for SOE Vet Station in Shtërpce and SOE Veterinary Station in Prizren. Also, at this meeting, the report on determination of status as a socially owned enterprise for KPS1537U/PRN193 - Labor Organization Enterprise SOE "Nacional" was approved.

Moreover, in this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the request of the Municipality of Lipjan regarding the assets of MIM Golesh in Magure, which is related to the avoidance of risk for the citizens of this region.

The Board reviewed and approved the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the renting of property of the SOE "Trepça" Standard. In addition, the Board discussed and addressed a number of other issues from its mandate.
