The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) hereby informs the broad public opinion that has withdrawn from tender sale LAS 63 the following items:

Assets withdrawn from sale:  

- Asset no. 25 - Bankkos Business premise in Deçan - PRN 125 SOE Bankkos - Asset no. 26 - Ramiz Sadiku - the land in Obiliq, cadastral parcel 1279/5 is located in CZ Obiliq, close to Katana shooting range - SOE Ramiz Sadiku 
- Asset no. 31 - The Local Mill in Obiliq - PRN113 SOE IMB “Milliri” Item no. 17: Pharmacy in Lipjan.

The day for the submission of bids for the assets of LAS 63 is October 18th, 2023, from 10:00 to 12:00, while the bid opening will take place on the same day, starting at 12:30 p.m., at the Grand Hotel, Conference Hall, Pristina.
