PAK announces new sale, 137 properties for sale across Kosovo

The Privatization Agency of Kosovo announces the new sale of assets of Socially-Owned Enterprises under liquidation - LAS 74 and invites all interested investors to participate and submit their bids for the purchase of the tendered assets.



A total of 137 assets are offered, categorized according to type and development potential, including agricultural items, many with high-quality land suitable for intensive farming and fruit growing; residential premises, ideal for urban and rural housing development; assets with various commercial functions, suitable for business investments; warehouses with potential for logistics or storage use; and business premises, representing rare opportunities for business development.

The assets are distributed across 6 regions of Kosovo: in the Pristina region, including Podujeva, Lipjan, and Graçanica, 43 properties are offered for sale; in the region including Gjakova, Istog, and Klina, there are 31 assets for sale; in the Gjilan region, 30 properties are offered in the municipalities of Ferizaj, Kaçanik, Hani i Elezit, Partesh, and Ranilug; in the Prizren region, 19 properties are offered for sale, including those in Rahovec and Malisheva; and in the Mitrovica region, 14 properties are offered, some in Mitrovica and others in Skenderaj.

This wave of sales aims to stimulate economic development by creating concrete opportunities for investments in agriculture, housing, trade, and services, with properties ranging from small items for individual investors to large properties that can be transformed into rural development centers, agribusinesses, or housing projects.

Sealed bids for the items/assets offered for sale through Asset Sale via Liquidation no. 74 must be submitted at the “Conference Hall – Grand Hotel” in Prishtina on July 23, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 am, accompanied by the bid deposit and the bid submission fee, as specified for each item. Whereas the opening of bids will take place on the same day, starting at 12:30 PM. During this period, interested parties will have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information and to visit the properties offered for sale.
