PAK collected over € 1.2 million in one month from the debts of the leaseholders for the assets of SOEs. The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting, where in addition to PAK activities has been informed about the work of the management of this Agency for the previous period.

On this meeting, the Board has also been informed of the action point applicability report issued by the Board regarding the lease debts.

After no more than one month from the instructions of the Board of Directors, PAK has managed to collect over €1,226,000.00 from the debts of the leaseholders of the SOE assets.  

In addition, PAK Board of Directors in this meeting has reviewed and approved:

- The Report of the Committee on Performance Appraisal of PAK Management for 2022;

- The Proposal of the Liquidation Authority for distribution to creditors of SOE-THE Rugova-Peje and SOE “Magjistralja” Prishtina;

- Regulation on withdrawal from assets in liquidation according to article 18.3.1 and article 18.3.2 of the Annex of the Law No. 04/L-034 on PAK;   

- The request of Municipality of Ferizaj for granting of consent to repair damages in the school facilities in front of the Bill Clinton Sports Palace - Ferizaj, property of SOE Plantacioni;  

- Amending/supplementing of the Regulation for internal organization and systematization of workplaces;

- Items of the agenda regarding the leases have been approved;

- Housing Committee Report has been approved and meantime 18 creditor claims have been addressed.    

On this meeting, the Board was informed by the Direct Negotiation Unit about the asset owned by SOE "Ramiz Sadiku" - Pejton quarter in Pristina and meantime approved 5 initial reports regarding initiation of the procedure for sale with direct negotiation that will be subject to other procedures provided by legislation to finalize the sale according to the final report which will be presented to the Board for approval.
