Board puts up for sale 31 assets of Socially Owned Enterprises through LAS 61. The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatization Agency held its regular meeting where it discussed and made important decisions about the process of privatization and liquidation of Socially Owned Enterprises in accordance with its legal mandate.

In this meeting, the Board reviewed the monthly management report for the previous period, including the monthly report for the Socially Owned Enterprise "Brezovica", which is under direct administration.

During this meeting, the Board reviewed the transactions of sale by public tender through the sale of assets no. 59, as well as reviewed and approved the list of assets of Socially Owned Enterprises in liquidation for putting out in public tender through the sale of assets no. 61, which in total has 31 assets.

The Board discussed and approved the plan for addressing the recommendations of the Internal Audit Unit 2017-2022, the report of the commission for the sale of apartments, where as a result of the intensification of the work of the Commission for the sale of apartments the sales reports for 27 apartments were approved. In addition, the final list and distribution of 20% was approved for SOE Enti i Teksteve dhe Mjeteve Mësimore and SOE Rilindja- Sherbimet e përbashkëta.

At this meeting, the Board approved the proposal for granting consent for road access to plot no. 09013-14 in Prizren, property of the Forest Enterprise, where the new building of the Basic Court of Prizren will be built. During this meeting, the proposal for giving consent for registration/transfer in the cadastral books of plot 501-34 ZK Malisheva, property of SOE "OPB Mirusha" in Malishevë, was reviewed and approved, in accordance with the final decision of the Government of Kosovo, for expropriation with number 16/89 of July 20, 2022, expropriated for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs/Civil Registration Agency.

The Board further reviewed and approved the distribution reports for creditors of Socially Owned Enterprises in liquidation in the amount of €434,864.87, for the following enterprises:

1. PRN114 NSh “Rilindja Shitja” Prishtina;
2. PEJ035 NSh “Ag Coop Gurakoci” Gurakoc;
3. PRN051 NSh “Separacioni i Gureve Gadime” Lipjan;
4. MIT037 NSh “Trepça Hoteleria” South Mitrovica;
5. PEJ088 NSh “Fabrika e Elementeve Metalike” Klina;
6. GJI028 NSh “KB Agroprodukti” Kamenica;
7. PRN112 NSh “Viktoria” Prishtina.
