On 13 January 2022, PAK Board of Directors appointed the new Provisional Managing Board of SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica, Shtërpcë composed of six (6) members. With the decision of the PAK Board of Directors this enterprise was previously placed under PAK Direct Administration on 22 December 2020.

On 14 January 2022, PAK Management held a substantive meeting with the Provisional Managing Board of Directors of SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica.

During the meeting they discussed on the progress of operations in Brezovica and also it was broadly discussed on obligations of the Board of Brezovica in order to fulfil their legal responsibilities in the overall functions of Brezovica in accordance with Kosovo laws, including: instalment of fiscal cash registers; Financial and operational reporting to PAK; Regular declaration of taxes to TAK and implementation of Kosovo laws.

In addition, in the meeting they agreed to start skiing season as soon as possible, to maintain a genuine cooperation and to continue with activities of the enterprise taking into account that enterprise’s operations are carried out in accordance with Kosovo legal infrastructure.

All Board members of Brezovica ensured cooperation, maintain good business operations and to comply with PAK instructions and legal provisions of Kosovo laws.

The public is hereby informed that ski lifts are available for operation starting from the morning of 16 January 2022 and that regular operation of Brezovica shall continue.
