The Board of Directors decides to place SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica under PAK Direct Administration. The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting where it was informed about the latest developments and activities of the PAK by the management. The Board of Directors discussed and approved a number of lease requests.

At this meeting, the Board discussed and approved the liquidation of 12 Socially Owned Enterprises. In addition, the Board reviewed and approved the proposals of the liquidation authorities regarding interim and final distribution to the following SOEs: SOE Veterinary Station at the amount of EUR 63.98; SOE ELMONT, at the amount of 10,130.88 EUR; SOE AUTO MOTO START at the amount of: 485.10 EUR; SOE BIP BELGRADE at the amount of 4,861.66 EUR and SOE E.N.G BETON in the amount of 265,592.09 EUR.

Meanwhile, due to the aggravated situation in the management of SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica and in order to improve business and efficiency, the Board of Directors based on its legal competence, decided to place it under PAK Direct Administration. This measure aims to directly support the increase of transparency, business and accountability of SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica.
