On August 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) held an extraordinary meeting, during which several decisions were approved related to the review and approval of creditor claims for workers from the funds of Socially Owned Enterprises in liquidation administered by the Agency.

The Board approved the report for the supplementary interim distribution of liquidation funds for 2 creditors of PRN126 Auto Prishtina in the amount of €42,773. In addition, the Board approved the supplementary/additional report for the partial interim distribution of liquidation funds for 3 creditors of PRN092 SOE Eximkos in the amount of €17,544, as well as the report for interim distribution of liquidation funds for 349 worker-creditors in the amount of €713,477 for PRN046 FAN Zahir Pajaziti.

The execution of payments for the creditors of the enterprise FAN Zahir Pajaziti will be carried out after the receipt of financial resources from the Ministry of Finance, namely the transfer of funds from the budget of the Republic of Kosovo to the fund of the SOE FAN Zahir Pajaziti administered by PAK.

In conclusion, the Board approved the report on the supplementary interim distribution of liquidation funds for the creditors of PRZ071 AC Malisheva (in liquidation) from the Prizren Region, PRZ004-0003 dated 28.06.2011, issued in favour of PRZ071 SOE “AC Malisheva” – Malishevë (in liquidation), for the payment of 24 farmers for wheat delivered to PRZ004 SOE “IMBB Silosi” – Xërxë, in the total amount of €88,173.
