The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) informs all citizens and interested parties who have submitted claims for the Direct Sale of assets of Socially Owned Enterprises that these claims are registered, securely stored, and processed in the chronological order of their submission.

However, due to the large number of accumulated claims over the years, the sensitive nature of many assets that have been built or used without a clear legal status, and current limitations in operational processing capacities, the review process of these claims takes time.

We clarify that, in accordance with the applicable Regulation No. 04/2024, all claims are reviewed based on the principle of chronological order, except for those that do not meet the basic criteria and are immediately rejected, as well as other cases outlined in Article 7 of the aforementioned regulation. Parties will be contacted individually once their claim enters the review phase.

The Privatization Agency of Kosovo assures you that every claim will be handled with care, fairness, and in accordance with the existing legal framework.
