Today, the Board of Directors of Privatisation Agency of Kosovo, composed of newly appointed members, held its constitutive meeting. The Board of Directors was informed by PAK management on the progress of the work, procedures, and PAK’s current situation.

Although, this meeting was mostly of informative character, the Board took several important decisions in connection with PAK internal matters. In this meeting, the Board discussed on establishment of Audit Committee and the Committee for appraisal of PAK management performance, as well as on the progress of processes in general.

In addition, in this meeting, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to appoint Mrs. Suzana Dautaj Surdulli in the capacity of the Vice Chairman of PAK Board of Directors.
